The following posters were developed to emphasize the relationship of personal development with corporate profitability without sacrificing safety. The color scheme follows the American red-white-blue and the yellow branding color.

The second poster took the vision statement to a practical level employing key values that anyone in the company could point to and associate themselves with. Ultimately a third level of development occurs at the department level associating the USER-focus with individual roles and functions.
